ISTE is a Strategic partner of AICTE and organizes Professional Refinement Programmes for faculty members of AICTE approved Technical Institutions sponsored by AICTE. This Premier National Society for Teachers and Students has a very large and an effective membership base consisting of more than 1,02,985 Life Members, 5,54,094 Student Members, 2410 Institutional Members (including IITs, IISc.., NITs and other leading technical institutions), 1214 Faculty Chapters and 1322 Students’ Chapters and 17 Sections throughout the country.
Society of Automotive Engineers - SAE
SAE India is an affiliate society of SAE International, registered as an Indian non profit engineering and scientific society dedicated to the advancement of mobility community in India.As an individual member driven society of mobility practitioners, SAEINDIA comprises members who are individuals from the mobility community, which includes engineers, executives from industry, government officials, academics and students. Principal emphasis is placed on transport industries such as automotive, aerospace, and commercial vehicles.
SAE India organizes international meetings and exhibitions each year that cover all aspects of technology related to design, manufacture, and total life cycle technology for the automotive, aerospace, off-highway, truck and bus, fuels and lubricants, and other related mobility industries. These events bring engineers and technical experts from around the world together to share information and network.
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers - IEEE
The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE, pronounced "I triple E") is a professional association with its corporate office in New York City and its operations center in Piscataway, New Jersey. It was formed in 1963 from the amalgamation of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Radio Engineers. Today, it is the world's largest association of technical professionals with more than 400,000 members in chapters around the world. Its objectives are the educational and technical advancement of electrical and electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering and allied disciplines.
Computer Society of India - CSI
Computer Society of India is the first and largest body of computer professionals in India. It was started on 6 March 1965 by a few computer professionals and has now grown to be the national body representing computer professionals. It has 72 chapters across India, 511 student branches, and 100,000 members.
The Computer Society of India is a non-profit professional meet to exchange views and information learn and share ideas. The wide spectrum of members is committed to the advancement of theory and practice of Computer Engineering and Technology Systems, Science and Engineering, Information Processing and related Arts and Sciences.
The Society also encourages and assists professionals to maintain integrity and competence of the profession and fosters a sense of partnership amongst members. Besides the activities held at the Chapters and Student Branches, the Society also conducts periodic conferences, seminars.
Indian Concrete Institute - ICI
Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) is the national organisation of engineering professionals, employed in concrete construction and associated research in India. It was founded in 1982 in Chennai following a resolution in the International Seminar and Exhibition on ‘Modernization of Concrete Practices’ organised jointly by the Structural Engineering Research Centre (SERC) and Anna University.
The ICI imparts training to working professionals in changing technologies in concrete constructions, promote research work in concrete technologies, publish journals on research finding, newer technologies and solution for practical problems, collaborate with agencies employed in concrete construction, research and associated manufacturers for better adoption of the technology by working professionals.
